The Phoenix Food Hub

The Phoenix Food Hub at Greater Lynn Senior Services hosts a wonderful monthly collaboration between the Lynn Council on Aging Senior Center and GLSS’s Caregiver Support Program in the Phoenix teaching kitchen.

This month, participants from the senior center learned how to make a nutritious egg frittata muffin and a calming mint and ginger tea. In this video, we learn about the group and how two seemingly distinct programs blend caregiving and freshly prepared food.
