The Lynn Department of Veterans' Services is a one-stop shop for veterans and their families in need of information or assistance in obtaining any federal state or local veterans benefit to which they may be entitled.  Our goal is to provide this service with the dignity and these men and women have earned through their service to the nation.

What: A job and benefits fair for veterans, active-military members and their families. There will be job recruiters from local businesses and government agencies available as well as representatives from the VA and the Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services

Below is a list of some of the services provided by this Department:

• Provide emergency financial assistance for Veterans, better known as Chapter 115 Benefits.
• Assist veterans and their families with ALL Federal VA benefit and health care paperwork.
• Assist veterans and their families in obtaining military records
• Assist veterans and their families in processing Massachusetts Veteran Annuity claims
• Assist veterans and their families in filing tax abatement forms
• Assist veterans and their families obtaining veterans license plates
