Welcome to the Lynn Board of Appeals

The Zoning Bylaws regulate lot size, setback, frontage and use. The Zoning Board of Appeals is empowered to hear and vote on requests for variances from the terms of the Zoning Bylaws. 

Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 PM in Room 302. The meeting schedule and agenda, when available, is displayed in the City Clerk office and webpage as well as our Online Calendar.
